For the plantains, wash, peel, slice and fry as per usual.

For the chicken, season the chicken with cayenne pepper, white pepper, curry, ginger,garlic,rosemary, secret spice, salt, Maggi and bring to a boil.

Preheat your oven, wrap chicken in foil with halved onions and another spice you like. I used Yaji (suya Pepper) too

Bake on low heat for about 45 minutes. Then remove from foil and bake for another 3 minutes. Done.

For the rice, in a pot put your oil, sliced onions, pepper terra, tin tomatoes, (I added small old stew), chicken stock,maggi and salt, after a few minutes add your washed rice a little water and cover to cook.

Serve when done.
