Chop tomato, onion and cilantro and put into bowl

Add lemon and salt (if desired you could add pepper, a bit of olive oil and garlic)

Let seat 5 to 10 minutes so the vegetables and spices added mix their juice createning a kind of salad dressing with its natural ingredients.

Last, cut into slices the radishes and cucumber and add on top.

Mix and cool in the fridge for a little before eating. Low calory recipe and very fresh. Enjoy!
