3 canFrench Onion soup
3 canCream of Mushroom soup
3 envelopeLipton onion soup mix
3 tspchopped garlic
1 tspsalt

preheat oven to 250°F

mix all ingredients except the beef together in a bowl and pour over the beef which you have placed in a large roasting pan

mix soup and beef well

roast in preheated oven for 12 hours, stirring every 4 hours

remove from oven and break up beef chunks with a potato masher
