Baki 5 lemon ko cut karke juice nikalke cut kigai lemon me add karni hai.

Fir cut kigai fresh chilli,garlic ke sath salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander zeera powder, add karke axi tarah mix karni hai.

Ab isko 2 din tak dhup dikhani hai.

Fir fenugreek seeds ko dry fry karke pisni hai.mustard seeds ko vi pisni hai magar kacha hi. Fir achar me dalni hai.

Ab oil ko bahut heat karni hai.fir thanda hone deni hai.jab oil thanda hojaye to achar me dalke mix karni hai.

Ab isko 4,5 din tak dhup dikhaiye.bich bich me chalate vi jaiye.

Fir lemon garlik pak kar soft hojati hai.pickle is ready.
