slice up jamroll and place around edges and base of glass bowl

pour sweet sherry over all cake pieces

make up jellies and allow to cool off

place cut up peaches in the bowl

when jelly is cool pour over fruit and then put bowl in fridge to set jelly

next day make custard

allow to cool ,remove skin, and pour over trifle

sprinkle with coconut. All done. Enjoy.
