
Tomato & Cumin Penne with Italian Sausage

In a large frying pan on medium heat, add oil and sausages. Cook sausages until browned. Remove from pan when done and set aside. Keep the pan with juices.

Fill a large pot with water and 1 tbsp of salt. Bring to a boil and add penne. Follow instructions on package or cook until al-dente.

While penne is cooking, heat the frying pan with juices to medium, and add garlic and olives. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Slice sausages, add to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add jar of Patak's Tomato & Cumin sauce and bring to a simmer.

When penne is done, add pasta to the frying pan and stir or mix everything. Transfer to a large bowl.

Garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese and serve.

TIP: If sauce is too thick, add a little water or stock. If you want it spicy, add crushed chillies. You may use spaghetti or fettucini instead of penne.
