1/2 cupsoftened butter
1 1/2 cupsugar
4 tbspcocoa powder
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspground cloves
1/2 cupvegtable oil
1 cupchocolate chips

preheat oven to 325°

combine oil, sugar, eggs, and cocoa powder until smooth

add remaining dry ingredients leaving zucchini for last

add zucchini and chocolate chips, gently stir in until well combined

pour mix into an 9 x 13 greased pan, bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean

allow to cool completely then frost with chocolate frosting before serving
