Ingredients

  • 1cupGreen dal soaked overnight
  • 1Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • 1/2Cucumber
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1/2Lemon-
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 1/2teaspoonJaljeera powder
  • 1/2tspChaat masala-
  • Coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take overnight soaked dal

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions,tomatoes, cucumber,green chilli,salt,jaljira powder,chat masala.

  3. 3

    Mix it well & squeeze lemon on it.

  4. 4

    Garnish your healthy sprouts with coriander.
