Ingredients

14 servings
  • 2 cupspar boiled/short grain white rice
  • 24 ozCool Whip
  • 16 ozCrushed Pineapples drained
  • 1 lbmarshmallows
  • 2 cupsgranulated sugar
  • 1tap of butter

Steps

  1. 1

    After cooking rice mix butter and sugar in rice while warm. Place rice in frig and chill about 2hours. Drain and chill crushed pineapple separately.

  2. 2

    When rice is cooled. Add pineapples, cool whip and marshmallows. Stir well and serve!
