Ingredients

14 servings
  1. 2 cupspar boiled/short grain white rice
  2. 24 ozCool Whip
  3. 16 ozCrushed Pineapples drained
  4. 1 lbmarshmallows
  5. 2 cupsgranulated sugar
  6. 1tap of butter

Steps

  1. 1

    After cooking rice mix butter and sugar in rice while warm. Place rice in frig and chill about 2hours. Drain and chill crushed pineapple separately.

  2. 2

    When rice is cooled. Add pineapples, cool whip and marshmallows. Stir well and serve!
