Bacon & Egg Stuffed Bellpeppers

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1bellpepper cut to half
  2. 1egg
  3. 2flavored bacon strips
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. 1 tspParmessan chesse

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry bell pepper or (healthy) grill/boil for 1 min. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Beat egg and parmessan. Season with salt to taste. And fry.

  3. 3

    Fry bacon. Drain oil.

  4. 4

    Stuff bell pepper with egg, bacon and add ground pepper to taste. Top with parmessan. Put in oven for 3min.

    Serve hot.
