1bellpepper cut to half
1egg
2flavored bacon strips
Salt and pepper
1 tspParmessan chesse

Steps

Fry bell pepper or (healthy) grill/boil for 1 min. Set aside.

Beat egg and parmessan. Season with salt to taste. And fry.

Fry bacon. Drain oil.

Stuff bell pepper with egg, bacon and add ground pepper to taste. Top with parmessan. Put in oven for 3min.

Serve hot.
