Clean Palak take only leaves wash and blanch in hot water and make paste after cooled

While blending add green chillies along with cooled leaves. Don't add water.

In a bowl take atta and besan mix well add dry masalas and blended puree. Ginger garlic paste lemon juice and salt. Mix all well.

Add water only if required. Add oil and make a dough.

Let the dough rest for 10-15 mins. Make small balls and roll out Theplas. Cook from both sides by applying oil
