Peel and wash the carrot...grate the carrot and keep aside

Heat ghee in kadahi add carrot and cook it till the water soaked

Add milk and cook it for one hour till the milk totally soak with the carrot add kaju and badam and cook

Add the sugar and khoya and cook for 15 min
- 5
Halwa i ready to serve garnish the halwa with mawa
