Sab se pahele sabhi vegetables ko achhe se wash karein phir kate.

Ab ek kadhai me oil daliye garam hojaye to usme rai dal ke chatakaye. Phir hing dale or capsicum dal ke mix karein ab salt dale.

Thoda sa pak jaye to gas off karein ab ek dish me sajaye.
4

Tomato ko bhi sajaye.
