Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 1green capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2jalapeños chopped
  • 1fresh red paprika chopped in slices
  • 2 tablespoonscottage cheese /Paneer cut into small cubes
  • 1small onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespooncabbage chopped
  • 1 tablespooncarrot chopped and blanched
  • 1 tablespoonboiled peas
  • 1 tablespoonboiled sweet corns
  • 1 teaspoonwhite vinegar or Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonolive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon or to taste salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonoregano

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Transfer sliced bell peppers to a large mixing bowl and add all ingredients except lemon juice and stir well.

  2. 2

    Microwave for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Take it out and let it cool.

  4. 4

    Drizzle lemon juice and mix well.

  5. 5

    This salad can be served right away or can be refrigerated.

  6. 6

    It even tastes great after being refrigerated overnight.
