Steps

In a bowl add gramflour curd and water.

Mix well and make a smooth batter

The batter should be in thick consistency.

Add salt and set aside from 1 hour.cover with a lid.

Add ginger chilli paste add turmeric.mix well.

Add 1 TSP oil

Add half of lemon juice eno and mix well.pour the batter in a greased microwave pan and microwave it fr 4 Min or till done.

Cool fr some times and cut into big pieces

Heat oil in a pan.add Oil..add mustard seeds and curry leaves.. allow to splitter..then add 1/2 cup water 1 TSP sugar and half lemon juice.

Remove and pour it over dhokla garnish it with coconut and coriander leaves
