Get a neat big bowl,sieve flour,add baking powder,sugar,salt and mix correctly.

Grate nutmeg into the bowl,add vanilla extract,butter and egg mix everything together.

Begin by adding water little by little and mix until it will form a dough.Cover for 10min.

Place vegetable oil on heat until it becomes hot for like 5min.

Roll dough on a flat surface with rolling pin then cut with a knife to any shape.

Pour into oil fry bit by bit until colour change to golden brown.Continue the process until it is exhausted.For about 30min.
