Handvo / Dangela fully loaded vth Veggies as breakfast
Recipe -
Handvo aata Bhi get ready @ chakkiwali nr by.... So the procedure is as follows
Hv taken 1/2 kg aata
For fermentation hv added 2 tbl spoon Ground nut oil.... 2 tbl spoon Dahi... Salt + Red Chilli Powder + Haldi Powder according to taste... 2 teaspoon sugar as the dish is Gujarati Farshan
Veggies - Mutter.... Cabbage..... Spinach.... Dudhi... Carrots... Kachhi Mungfali
Let it get fermented over nite - 2
Take a deep pan.Add 1tspoon oil for each dangela. Add rai and till and add 2/3 tbk spoon batter in deep pan by covering vth a lid. Let it cook for 4/5 minutes and dein turn nxt side by the cooking time of 4/5 minutes. Hot Dangela is ready.
