Bring a pot of water to a boul then add pumpkin and simmer for 5 minute then drain and let it cool

Once pumpkin cooled then Puree pumpkin

On a pan add pumpkin and rice bring it to a simmer add a dash of salt and pepper then off heat

BROCOLI

Quick blanch brocoli in salted water then cool it in runny water and set aside

BACON WRAPPED CHEESE SAUSAGE

stuff cheese into sausage and wrap in bacon broil for 10 minute

serve hot
