Steps

Season fish with salt and pepper and fry on the frying pan until golden. Put aside

Clean up and peel onions and carrots. Chop vegetables onto medium size pieces. Saute them on the frying pan in small amount of oil and then add tomatoe sause, salt and pepper, bay leaf. Simmer on the pan for 20 minutes

Place fish into the Pirex pan (or any owen safe pan)

Add lemon juce to your tomatoe sause. Keep in mind, sause should not be too thick. Add a bit of water if needed

Place sause on the fish, cover and put into the owen at 325°F for 30 minutes

Serve cold or hot, with boiled potatoes or as a separate dish
