Combine water, onion, chicken bullion and seasonings in a sauce pan.

Stew until the chopped tommy toes have made a sauce and are not in whole pieces any longer.

After stewing above ingredients for around an hour add the two cans of tomato sauce and stewed tomato & stew together on very low heat for an additional hour or longer.

Remember if you use dryed seasoning versus fresh, use more. Fresh seasonings are stronger than dryed.

If you don't have chicken bullions or concentrate, you can always boil chicken fat in the cup of water before adding anything else, then remove it and add the sauce ingredients. Chicken stock,etc gives the sauce a richer, deeper flavor.
