Tandoori Chicken
2 Tbsptandoori paste
1/4 cupnatural yoghurt
1/2 Tbspsalt
500 gramschicken breast or thigh
2 tspgarlic
Butter chicken
100 mlthickened cream
1/3 canchopped tomatoes
1/2 Tbsptandoori paste

Tandoori chicken: mix tandoori paste, garlic yoghurt & salt in a bowl to a smooth paste

Apply to chicken pieces & marinade for 1 hour (min)

Butter chicken: Cook tomatoes in a saucepan. Once it starts boiling, add the tandoori paste & salt, book for another minute

Add thick cream & book again

Add tandoori chicken

Boil for 2-3 mins
