Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Tandoori Chicken
  2. 2 Tbsptandoori paste
  3. 1/4 cupnatural yoghurt
  4. 1/2 Tbspsalt
  5. 500 gramschicken breast or thigh
  6. 2 tspgarlic
  7. Butter chicken
  8. 100 mlthickened cream
  9. 1/3 canchopped tomatoes
  10. 1/2 Tbsptandoori paste

Cooking Instructions

    Tandoori chicken: mix tandoori paste, garlic yoghurt & salt in a bowl to a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Apply to chicken pieces & marinade for 1 hour (min)

  3. 3

    Butter chicken: Cook tomatoes in a saucepan. Once it starts boiling, add the tandoori paste & salt, book for another minute

  4. 4

    Add thick cream & book again

  5. 5

    Add tandoori chicken

  6. 6

    Boil for 2-3 mins
