Chicken Stir Fry
A very simple chinese dish!
Steps

Marinate boneless chicken pieces with soya sauce, ginger and garlic paste, salt and enough pepper.

Keep it in refrigerator for minimum of 30-45 minutes

Chop the veggies - carrots,capsicum,onion and mushroom.

Take enough oil in a vessel to stir fry the marinated chicken until it is light brown outside.

Now add the veggies. Mix it well. Cook till the chicken and the veggies are cooked properly.

Once done, spread the sesame seeds and roasted cashew nuts[in ghee] for dressing.
