Ingredients

  1. 700 gmschicken
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 100 gmsyoghurt
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1 tspchilli powder
  6. 2 tsptandoori masala
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/2squeezed lime
  9. 2 tspcream
  10. 1 tspkasuri methi
  11. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  12. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour minimum

    Add all the ingredients together and mix well for about 3 minutes. Let all the ingredients set in well with the chicken.

    Cover the marinated chicken with a tight lid or preferably foil paper and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.

    Take 2 tsp oil in a pan. And start adding the marinated chicken. Fry for 15-20 mins till the chicken is cooked and the masala thickens to a creamy texture.

    After the chicken is cooked. Take a small steel bowl or aluminium foil. Place it in the middle of the pan with the chicken surrounding it. Take a piece of burning coal. Place it in the bowl and add some oil to it for the dhungar procedure. This procedure will help you get the desired smoky effect of tandoori chicken.
