Grind dates coarsely.

Roughly chop badam and pistachios.

In a non stick pan add ghee

Fry badam and pistachios in ghee on a medium to low heat until they turn crispy

Next add khuskhus to that and fry for a minute.

Now add the grinded kajur(dates) to it.

Keep mixing it until it forms a smooth texture.

Grease your hands with ghee and make small laddus from the mixture when it is warm only.

And your dish is ready now.
