Heat oil and add tomato puree dhaniya powder and salt

Cook till it leaves oil

Add cashew paste garam masala red chilli powder and matar and cook on low flame till the matar is soft

Dry roast the makhana

Add khoya in masala and cook for few minutes

Add roasted makhana in masala and 1 glass water or milk and cook till you get a good aroma and colour

Before you off the add fresh cream and kasoori methi

Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it hot with naan or roti
