Ingredients

  • 5potato
  • 1Onion paste
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 2 spoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1 spoonjeera
  • 1 spoongaram masala
  • 1 spoonkitchen king
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chillli powder
  • 1/2 cup curd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take small potato And boil it..

  2. 2

    Take a cooker add oil add jeera..splatter,now onion to it..saute till lite brown

  3. 3

    Add tomato purée And all masala and saute it till oil is seperated

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and 1 cup water mix well..add half cup curd...cook till one whistle

  5. 5

    Dum aloo is ready
