Ingredients

  1. 5potato
  2. 1Onion paste
  3. 1 cuptomato puree
  4. 2 spoonGinger garlic paste
  5. 1 spoonjeera
  6. 1 spoongaram masala
  7. 1 spoonkitchen king
  8. as neededOil
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. to tasteRed chillli powder
  11. 1/2 cup curd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take small potato And boil it..

  2. 2

    Take a cooker add oil add jeera..splatter,now onion to it..saute till lite brown

  3. 3

    Add tomato purée And all masala and saute it till oil is seperated

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and 1 cup water mix well..add half cup curd...cook till one whistle

  5. 5

    Dum aloo is ready
