Remove seeds from chiles

Lay 1/2 chile parts in bottom of a well greased pan.

Top with 1/2 the tortilla strips and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers using up remaining chiles, tortillas and cheese.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder and onion salt. Pour evenly over casserole.

Sprinkle lightly with Paprika. Cover and chill if made ahead of time.

Bake 350 for 4o minutes ( uncovered) or until fluffy and set in the center. Let set for 10 minutes before cutting.
