8 ozcream cheese
1egg
1 1/3 cupsugar
1 tsp1/8 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cupflour
1/4 cupdry cocoa
1 tspbaking soda
1 cupwater
1/3 cupoil
1 tbspvinegar
1 tspvanilla
1 cupChocolate chips
1/3 cupsugar (Topping)
1/2 cupChopped almonds (Topping)

Steps

Cream together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup of sugar and salt. Blend with mixer.

Stir in chocolate chips and set aside.

In another bowl mix flour, 1 cup of sugar, cocoa, soda and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix together.

Then add water, oil, vanilla, and vinegar and mix well.

Fill paper cups or sprayed cup cake tins with 1/3 dry batter.

Top with cream cheese mixture and then sprinkle with sugar mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30- 35 minutes
