Combine bread crumbs & Parmesan in a large resealable plastic bag.

Place chops in bag one at a time and shake to coat.

Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat and cook chops until brown on both sides.

Remove chops from skillet, keeping the drippings for gravy. Reduce heat to medium.

In the same skillet, blend the soup and milk in with the drippings.

Bring to a gentle boil, increasing heat if needed. Continue to boil, stirring occasinally, until gravy is at desired thickness. Add more milk if you like a thinner gravy

Return chops to skillet, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until chops are cooked thoroughly.
