Chunky chicken tortilla soup

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lbchicken
  2. 1 canrotel
  3. 1 candiced tomatoes
  4. 1 tbstaco seasoning
  5. 8 ozcream cheese
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. 10 ozcan red enchilada sauce
  8. Garnish: tortilla strips, cilantro, shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Cook and shred chicken

    Add all ingredients (except cream cheese) to pot and bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to simmer, add cream cheese in chunks, stir until cream cheese is melted.

    Garnish and serve
