1 lbchicken
1 canrotel
1 candiced tomatoes
1 tbstaco seasoning
8 ozcream cheese
1 cupwater
10 ozcan red enchilada sauce
Garnish: tortilla strips, cilantro, shredded cheese

Cook and shred chicken

Add all ingredients (except cream cheese) to pot and bring to a boil
3

Reduce heat to simmer, add cream cheese in chunks, stir until cream cheese is melted.

Garnish and serve
