Peel and Prepare the sweet patato as normal with a bit of butter and brown sugar.

When it is ready mush the sweet patato.

Let the sweet patato cool down.

Roll open the pastry and smeer the sweet patato onto it. Roll the pastry back up so that it looks like a swiss pudding.

Put it in the fridge for 10 min

Preheat the oven to 180c

Take the dough out of the fridge and cut into slices so that it looks like a a Swiss pudding.

Place it in a deep oven tray or deep pan. Flat each 2cm from the other.

Pour the freas cream over it so that it is half full.

Sprinkle some brown sugar over everything to yout own taste.

Put it into the oven for about an hour until the pastry has turned light brown.
