1 frying pan 1 clean tuna can.water cooking spray.

turn stove top on high heat spray can.

break 2eggs in can salt pepper if wish.

put can in water.cook till egg white

flip can over egg will fall out into water.leave can in water for a minute.

remove can and cook egg for 2 minutes.

take out of water put on toasted muffin add cheese.
