preheat oven to 350

clean chicken and slice long ways down the middle be careful as to not cut all rhe way through. fold top hlf back

place cheese and whtever other stuffer you want to use in middle and fold the top back onto the chicken and stuffers

gently press chicken down into shake n bake which should be in a plate or large enough bowl that will fit the largest breast. carefully flip over to coat top part of chicken place in cookie sheet and bake til chicen is done.
