  1. 2 kgwhite rice
  2. 2green pepper
  3. 4onion
  4. 2carrots
  5. halfcup oil
  6. 4 stickscinnamon
  7. 1 sachetbenny spice
  8. salt if needed
  9. 2 litrewater

Steps

    Fry onion until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add the rinsed rice to the onion stir

  3. 3

    Add water chopped carrots and benny spice

  4. 4

    When cooked add chopped green pepper and let steam for 5minutes
