boil potatoes, mash. add milk, butter, garlic, basil.

meanwhile, brown ground beef (use flour to soak up grease, keeps the flavor in) and add tomato soup & green beans.. salt and pepper to taste.

preheat oven to 375°F

in glass baking dish, put ground beef mixture, then potatoes, then cheese on top.

bake for about 20-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
