put an earthenware bowl in the freezer to cool

beat the sugar, the vanilla marrow and egg yolk to a white mass

beat in another bowl the whipped cream until it's firm

beat in a third bowl the eggwhites firm with a pinch of salt

cut up the chocolate and Snickers and melt almost all snicker bits and all the chocolate au bain marie

add the whipped cream to the egg yolk mixture

add the eggwhites next and gently mix with a metal spoon

put half of the mixture into the cooled bowl from the freezer

mix the softened chocolate and Snickers to the remaining mixture

add the chocolate mixture to the cooled bowl and use a spoon to marble the mix

add the tensing pieces of Snickers to the top
- 12
cover the bowl with cling film and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours
- 13
remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving
