cut bacon stripes into thirds.

wrap a smokie with piece bacon and hold with toothpick

place in pan and repeat till out smokies or bacon.

sprinkle with spicy rub

sprinkle brown sugar evenly.

bake in oven at 250 for one hour or till bacon done.

can be cooked in bbq smoker at 225 for hour to hour and half.
