Steps
- 1
make the base first. grind the biscuits in a food processor then transfer in a mixing bowl.
- 2
add the melted butter and mix thoroughly until the biscuits form clumps.
- 3
line a glass dish with foil and press the biscuit mixture into it to form a base for the cheesecake. make sure the base is compact. place in the freezer until the filling is ready.
- 4
for the filling, first mix together the cream cheese and condensed milk until of even consistency. set aside.
- 5
now in a separate bowl, whip the cream for about 4-5 minutes or until ALMOST double. add the cream cheese mixture to it. also add the vanilla.
- 6
boil a few tablespoons of water. dissolve the gelatin in it, do NOT let the gelatin boil. add this to the cream and mix properly.
- 7
pour over the set biscuit base and chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- 8
after it is set, remove from foil and place on a flat dish.
- 9
you can add infinite toppings now, such as fruit jams, chocolate syrup or crushed Oreos. you can also give a hint of lemon by adding juice of half a lemon.
