Murmure laddu (puffed rice laddoo)
Steps

Add jaggery and water in a pan, and dissolve the jaggery on slow heat.

Once the jaggery dissolves boil it on high heat until 2 thread consistency chasni form.

Add nutmeg powder & murmure quickly into the mixture.

Switch off the gas & let it cool for a while.
- 5
Apply water in hands if the batter is too sticky. Make round balls. Let it be cool.

Once cooled serve or store in air tight container.
