In a thick bottom kadai put ghee

Add water. When hot put grated gud.

Stir continously till golden brown

Cook till 2 thread consistency.

Add kurmuras and mix well.

Immediately transfer into greased base.

Make balls. If feels hot then wet your hands with cold water.

Prepare all balls. Store in airtight container.

Enjoy as sweet dish especially in winters.
