Heat pan and brown the onions, add the green pepper.

After onion and pepper is soft, add the meat and brown.

Add the mushrooms, and when the mushrooms turn brown, add the cream.

Stir through and add the soup powders.

Let simmer over low heat until cooked.

Serve with rice and sweet carrots.
