Ingredients

  • 8 ozmultigrain linguine, broken in half
  • 2 cupfully cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 3/4 cupshredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 1 cancondensed cream mushroom soup
  • 1 cupreduced fat sour cream
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1 smallgreen pepper, finely chopped

    cook linguine

  2. 2

    in a large bowl, combine ham, onion, soup, pepper, sour cream, and 1 1/2 c of the cheese

  3. 3

    drain pasta and add to ham mixture

  4. 4

    transfer Hrothgar 13x9 coated baking dish

  5. 5

    cover and cook 350 for 35 minutes

  6. 6

    uncover and top with remaining cheese

  7. 7

    bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes
