Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Add all ingredients in blender. Make sure to cut cream cheese into cubes.

Blend until smooth.

Bake in 9 inch pie pan for 45 minutes.

Turn off oven and leave in for another 10 minutes.

Remove cake from oven and left cool for 30 minutes.

Blend all topping ingredients and pour over the top of the cheesecake.

Refrigerate for twenty four hours.
