I've noticed a lot of recipes require bisquick which a lot of countries don't have access to. I found the recipe for the mix on another site. Hope this is helpful

Ingredients

  1. Ordinary Bisquick Mix
  2. 140 gramsflour ( 1 cup )
  3. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbspoil or melted butter/shortening
  6. Gluten-Free Version
  7. 204 gramssweet rice flour (1 cup)
  8. 57 gramspotato starch (1/3 cup, not flour)
  9. 80 mlolive oil/ melted shortening (1/3 cup)
  10. 2/3 tbspgluten-free baking powder, recipe in my profile
  11. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl, then add the shortening and mix well

  2. 2

    Keep in an airtight container in the cupboard for no longer than 3 months - write the expiry date on the container if you double/triple/quadruple the recipe

    I found the ordinary recipe on www.cooks.com

    Shake well before each use, each batch makes just over 1 cup of 'bisquick'
