Wash citrus well. cut off tops and bottoms of them. Remove skin(and white part of skin). Cut peels into narrow stripes. Let the fruit peel stand overnight in the cold water. Next day drain the citrus peel, and rinse it in cold water.

Boil the peels in water in a pot for 5 minutes. Drain the peels in a colander, rinse. Repeat the process for 2 times more. Until bitterness of citrus skin remove.

In a pot with cold water, add sugar and spices. Bring it to a boil. Add citrus peel and over medium to low heat Simmer for about 45 minutes and stirring occasionally. Allow to cook until the peel in tender and the syrup thickness.
