  4. 2tomatoes
  5. Spring onion
  6. Salt
  7. Cooking oil

    Wash the managu and motion then wash and cut

  2. 2

    Put to boil for 20mins.

  3. 3

    Fry the onions then add tomatoes

  4. 4

    Add the vegetables and milk follows by salt

  5. 5

    Cool for a few mins then serve
