In a bowl mix grated coconut, gud, raisins, peanuts.

Take slice of bread. Stuff little mixture and bind it in tikki shape.

Dip cutlet in a slurry. Coat it with sesame seeds.

Prepare all four.

Shallow fry cutlets on medium heat till golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with choice of your chutnies or tea / coffee.
