A super healthier cake with the goodness of semolina, whole wheat flour and jaggery.
Steps

Take the Jaggery in a sauce pan and heat up for a min or two and switch off the flame.

Add the milk to it and stir till the jaggery is dissolves completely. Strain the Jaggery in a mixing bowl.

Add melted butter, vanilla essence and mix well.

Add the flour, Semolina, baking powder and baking soda over the wet ingredients and gently fold it and make a smooth batter without lumps.

Take ½ tsp flour in a small bowl and mix all the dry fruit nicely in the flour. Add the dry fruits to the batter reserving some for putting on the top. Mix well.

Grease a cake pan and preheat oven@180 for 10 mins

Pour the batter over the greased cake pan. Sprinkle some dry fruits and nuts on top of the cake.

Bake the cake for 35-40 mins. Start checking from 35 mins. A tooth pick inserted should come out clean.

Remove from the oven, let it cool dowm completely, invert, cut and serve.
